The months of January and February are reserved for current FBCA students to re-enroll.  Open enrollment for new students will begin March 1, 2018.


WHAT'S NEW for 2018 - 19

New Billing procedures


In an effort to improve our accounting practices we have decided to move all billing to FACTS Management. We will no longer utilize the billing portion of RenWeb after 2017-2018, however all other facets of RenWeb will remain the same (grades, homework, lesson, plans, etc.).


  1. This will require all families to enroll in FACTS.
  2. Tuition can be paid monthly, by semester, or by year. Auto draft will continue to be a requirement of monthly tuition payments. Semester and yearly tuition will be billed through FACTS the same as monthly, however, these payments can be paid manually in FACTS or a check brought in to the office.
  3. Incidentals (lunches, shirts, hoodies, sports fees, banquets, etc.) will now have the option of auto draft , manual payments in FACTS or a check brought in to the office.
  4. The school will now cover the cost of all FACTS enrollment fees.
  5. This will go into effect with the 2018-2019 re-enrollment. When completing your re-enrollment packet you will be directed to FACTS to set up an account or confirm an existing account. Your FBCA re-enrollment fee will be paid through FACTS.
  6. For the rest of this year (2017-2018) incidental billing will continue to be run through RenWeb.
