Summer Strength Training Starts June 8th!!

Located in the Gym and weight room.
Monday-Friday through the month of July.

  • Grades 6th-8th grade (split into boys and girls): 1-3pm
  • Grades 9th-12th (split into boys and girls): 3-5pm


Session 1 (6th-8th grade)

1-1:30pm: sports specific skill development/open gym
1:30-2:15pm: group 1 lift; group 2 condition
2:15-3:00pm: switch

Session 2 (9th-12th grade)

3-3:30pm: open gym for HS
3:30-4:15: group 1 lift; group 2 condition
4:15-5:00pm: switch

The cost for the whole day is $4 (even if they just attend open gym; we would like for them to workout as well).

The monthly cap for an individual athlete is $55.

The monthly cap for a family is $90.

This is open to all FBCA students going into 6th-12th grade, girls and boys; we encourage all to come out and get stronger, healthier, faster, quicker, and more athletic this summer.

Coach Larsen, Coach Tarpey and other HS coaches will be instructing the workouts.

  • All camps are led and instructed by our High School coaching staff, as well as High School athlete helpers.
  • All camps include a T-Shirt for the camper as well as special awards at the conclusion of the camps for certain campers.
  • Camps are open to friends and families as well.
  • Students are encouraged to bring their own water/Gatorade to stay properly hydrated.
